Description
This impressive Roman glass bowl is of deep amber colour. It is sagged with twenty one vertical and almost diagonal, or twisting ribs all beginning from its concave base. The cylindrical rim has a rounded lip, and there is a single wheel-cut groove on the interior wall of the bowl, just below the rim. The shear size of this bowl make it quite a unique glass work.
