Description
The piece is a beautiful example of a Kusura tyoe 'Idol': it is carved from a very thin marble tablet and presents the typical tripartite structure of these objects, with the shield-like body, outlining a very precise half-circle, the long powerful, trapezoidal neck and the circular head. Its state of preservation is excellent.
