Phoenix To Brussels Antiques and Fine Arts Fair Of Belgium

It is our pleasure to announce that Phoenix Ancient Art will be showing at the 53rd Brussels Antiques and Fine Arts Fair, taking place from January 17th to 27th. One of the oldest in Europe, the fair venue was upgraded five year ago to the prestigious Tour & Taxis space in the heart of Brussels.

Phoenix Ancient Art will show a variety of exquisite pieces ranging from the ancestral Mesopotamian civilization with figures of worshiper,to the Coptic Byzantine expression, with a nilotic relief. Rarity from Egypt, Anatolia, Syria and the Aegean region will be on display. General exquisite marble statues, precious stones and bronzes will embody the Roman and Greek cultures.

The BRAFAF will also exceptionally be showing as a world première, two important Tournai tapestries of the legend of Alexander the Great. They are among the finest examples of 15th century tapestries to survive and belong to the Princely collection Doria Pamphilij in the Palazzo del Principe in Genoa.
